Popular retailer, Julie Goodwin, walked dozens of miles to raise money for charity.
Julie, who owns Natural Health in Hertfordshire, successfully completed the Keswick2Barrow Walk, some 37.3 miles, raising more than £1,500 in aid of Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Furness Carers.
Julie was joined by a team of five others, including former staff member, Ed, Assistant Manager, Julie Evleigh and her partner, Colin, Emma Finn and Julie’s daughter, Rachel. Julie’s partner, Pete, acted as the support vehicle.
Speaking afterwards, Julie said: “A.Vogel gave us some of its Mineral Drink, which was great, some Arnica Gel and some Biotta Beetroot juice, plus T-shirts, and Boodywear gave us some tops and underwear, which really did stop some of the chaffing (enough said!) and Cress gave us some Gehwohl Foot Cream, which was excellent.”
