In just two weeks, the industry is set to gather to celebrate four decades of the Health Food Institute.
The organisation’s annual lecture and lunch is this year being held on June 27 at the new venue of the Museum of Brands, in London.
Following a welcoming address by HFI Director and Chairman, John Frisby, the highly regarded guest speaker for 2019 is Dr Michael Dixon, who will deliver the Jack Noah Memorial Lecture on the theme of ‘Creating a healthy future through social prescribing’.
This will be followed by a brief address by popular nutritionist, Dale Pinnock, and the presentations of the HFI Annual Awards. In addition to a vegan buffet lunch, guests can enjoy a tour of The Brands Museum and some amusing anecdotes from after-lunch speaker, Tom Moses.
Tickets cost £45 for HFI Fellows & Members and health food retailers, and £50 for non-members. To book your place, call 0115 976 7280 or email enquiries@healthfoodinstitute.org.uk
