It has been confirmed that administrators of the Health Made Easy Group have achieved a sale of Higher Nature, safeguarding jobs.

Chris Pole and Ryan Grant, from Interpath Advisory, were appointed Joint Administrators of Health Made Easy on August 26. Immediately following their appointment, the Joint Administrators sold the shares and associated brands of two of its subsidiaries, Higher Nature, along with Freshly Cut (trading as Peppersmith), to CGK Consulting Limited.

A total of 33 employees, 31 from Higher Nature and two from Freshly Cut, form part of the transaction. The appointment over Health Made Easy follows the appointment to Tree of Life UK and Health Stores (Wholesale), two of Health Made Easy Group’s other subsidiaries.

Based in Sussex, Higher Nature is a manufacturer and distributor of vitamin and mineral supplements, operating in the sector for over 25 years. Freshly Cut, trading as Peppersmith, is one of the UK’s leading mints and gum brands.

Chris Pole, Managing Director at Interpath Advisory and Joint Administrator, commented: “We’re delighted to have been able to conclude this transaction, which safeguards the future of these market-leading businesses, as well as preserving many jobs. We wish the purchaser all the very best for the future.”
