Amaranth has been announced as the Natural Lifestyle Retailer of the Year .
The awards, run by our sister magazine, Natural Lifestyle and sponsored by Terranova, are designed to give recognition to the UK’s wonderful health food stores.
The store, in Bramhall, Cheshire, is owned and run by Joanne Hill, and beat off stiff competition from stores across the UK who were nominated. The list of nominated stores was whittled down to a shortlist of six, who went through the judging process, before Amaranth was announced as the winner. The runner-up was Bare Health, in Congleton.
Commenting on the win, Joanne told Health Food Business: “We couldn’t be more delighted to be announced as the Natural Lifestyle Retailer of the Year 2023. The fact that we were shortlisted through nominations received from our customers makes the award even more special. We are so thankful to everyone that has taken the time to nominate us. This award is a credit to the dedication and commitment of the Amaranth team. They have a true passion for natural health and lifestyle and they are always learning so that they can provide the very best advice for the health of our customers. 2024 will be our 10th year as Amaranth and there couldn’t be a better way to kick of the celebrations!”
