The Health Food Manufacturers’ Association (HFMA) has extended its Primary Authority Partnership to create a dedicated partnership for Welsh-devolved matters.
The HFMA says it is delighted to announce it has officially extended its Primary Authority Partnership to include the Vale of Glamorgan Council, which aims to provide Assured Advice and additional support to Welsh HFMA members and Welsh-based businesses utilising the CLEAR CHECK service. This development enhances regulatory guidance and compliance support across both England and Wales.
The new collaboration complements the ongoing Primary Authority Partnership with Buckinghamshire & Surrey Trading Standards.
Martin Last, HFMA Director General (pictured), commented: “This new partnership will allow us to be far more connected to and in touch with Welsh-devolved matters, bringing an additional service to our members based in Wales as well as other Welsh companies using CLEAR CHECK services.”
The HFMA see this new association as a positive step forward in being able to support members when it comes to matters that may be distinct to devolved rulings and guidance. Companies based in Wales, who would like to know more about how this new partnership can contact the HFMA at hfma@hfma.co.uk or www.hfma.co.uk
