Viridian Nutrition has launched a new menopause campaign, helping to highlight health stores as a useful resource.

Launched in time with October’s Menopause Awareness Month, Manage Your Menopause, You’ve Got This, will enable women to take control of their menopause and get the support they need to thrive during this life stage.

The national campaign will highlight how nutrition and lifestyle can address many of the symptoms associated with the menopause and involves a number of exciting initiatives. This includes a new book and journal written by Nutritionist, Aimée Benbow, Viridian’s Head of Nutrition, the launch of the new Menopause Complex, a targeted supplement with herbal extracts formulated to support the most common symptoms experienced during the menopause, national media coverage, a research survey, informative store materials and resources and a large-scale social media campaign.

To enable women to thrive through the menopause, The Menopause Journal, with a foreword by GP Dr Siobhan Brennan, is a practical tool to help identify, measure and track symptoms, and build a personalised programme to support women at all stages of the menopause.

Aimée explained: “Everyone has a unique experience of the menopause and Viridian believe health stores are at the heart of enabling women to take control of this natural life stage through education and personalised support. In addition to the launch of The Menopause Journal and Menopause Complex, Viridian has created a whole range of resources and materials to enable retailers to positively educate their customers and help address menopausal symptoms through nutritional advice.”
